Enigmatic and powerful. Ishmael is Terran-born and served as an Epistolary before the Horus Heresy. He was not present during the Fall of Prospero, but had received separate mysterious orders and departed with a cruiser and his forces. Now returned, he now follows Xander’s lead and acts as his main enforcer.
